The
Oneness and the One Accord - The one unique God as the God
of Oneness has His one economy in which He desires every positive
eternal thing to come out from this unique God as the God of Oneness
alone. |

What
Does it Mean to be "Born Again"? - At the moment we first
believed in the Lord Jesus and received Him as our Savior, something
wonderful happened to us. The Bible describes it by saying that we
were "born again". (Requires

The
Living Out of the Oneness - After covering Genesis, the gospels,
Acts, Romans, and Ephesians we come to the book of Philippians. Philippians
shows us the living out of the oneness as luminaries. The living out
of the oneness as luminaries is through three things: One living,
one pursuing, and one fellowship. |
| |
| |
The
Oneness Among the Lord, the Apostle, and the Church - There
is a oneness among the Lord, the Apostle Paul, and the church in Philippi.
Christ is the center. Then with Christ there is the apostles. Then
with the apostles there are the saints. There is a oneness among the
three. |
| |
| |
To
Know Him and the Power of His Resurrection - To know Him and
the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His suffering
is a matter of experience. To have the experience of the power of
resurrection means to be put to death and the heavenly Christ in resurrection
uplifted me. |

Oneness
Comes By Having the Saints In Your Heart - Oneness doesn't
come by doing a lot of things. Oneness comes by having the saints
one by one in your heart. If a brother is not in my heart there is
no oneness. |
| |
| |
To
Lay Hold We Pursue the Lord - To pursue the Lord means to
persecuting. We pursue the Lord so that we may lay hold of that for
which He also has laid hold of. To lay hold of Christ includes a process
of pursuing. |
| |
| |
Producing
the Oneness in the Local Church - Many books of the New Testament
talk about the church life but in the book of Colossians you see that
Christ and only Christ is everything. When you have Christ, you automatically
have oneness. Christ is the unique oneness. |
| |
| |
Christ
is the Reality of Oneness - When we practice the church life
we must be with the saints and only care for Christ. Christ is the
unique source, element, substance, nature, sphere, and living out
of the reality of oneness. If you take away Christ it is very easy
to become a source of division. |
| |
| |
Christ
is the Head of the Body - Christ is the Head of the Body,
the church. Without a head a body becomes a corpse. Practically when
life goes out of a head the body becomes dead. The reality of the
body is in the head. |
| |
| |
The
Oneness is Realized Through the Completing the Word of God
- When the word of God is fulfilled, then automatically oneness is
present. The Greek word translated completed means fulfilling. It
is a subjective word not an objective word. When I experience what
is written that word becomes subjective to me. |
| |
| |
Presenting
Every Man Full Grown in Christ - It is hard work to raise
up a young brother. To do this the young brother needs someone to
stand with him and suffer for him. In practicing this we fulfill the
word of God on his behalf. |
| |
| |
Struggle
For the Body Life - Paul's struggle was according to Christ,
the mystery of God. To struggle is not only to suffer but to struggle
for the body life. The apostle's suffering is for the saints growth
and even more there is a struggling for the building up of the church. |
| |
| |
The
Spirit Produces the Oneness of the Body - The oneness of the
Spirit is an organic fact. Yet do you realize that the oneness of
the Spirit is closely related to the one Body? In Ephesians 4 there
is one Body, then one Spirit, one hope of our calling, one Lord, one
faith, one baptism, and one God who is over all which is the issue
of the practice of the oneness. |
| |
| |
The
Spirit is Related to the Body - Paul says, to endeavor to
keep the oneness of the Spirit in the uniting bond of peace. Then
he says, when you keep the oneness of the Spirit, the first manifestation
is the one Body. So to have the reality of the oneness of the Spirit
you must practice one Body. |
| |
| |
The
Substantiation of the Oneness of the Spirit is in the One Body
- In our Christian life there are two elements we can never depart
from. Firstly, within us, when we are with the saints, there must
be spirit. Secondly, when you are in the church life you must see
the Body. |
| |
| |
The
One Body and the Oneness of the Body - The one body is an
organic entity. We share the same life, we have the same nature, we
possess the same Christ, we live unto the same purpose, and are bearing
the same testimony. Thus, we can say we love one another and there
is a reality of the oneness among us. |
| |
| |
The
Body was Produced in the Resurrection of Christ Substantiated With
the Work of the Spirit - When Christ resurrected, we all were
regenerated. Our salvation was substantiated when the Spirit began
to work on us and operate upon us. When the Spirit operated upon us,
then regeneration became our experience. |
| |
| |
The
Oneness of the Body is the Practical Living out of the One Body
- Because the phrase, "the oneness of the Body" is never mentioned
in the Bible we must be very careful in our application of such a
phrase. It can only be used in a healthy way when such a oneness is
organic. We know we have the oneness of the Body when we are organic,
in Spirit, in life, have Christ as our Person, and have the very operation
of Christ among us. |
| |
| |
To
Keep the Oneness of the Spirit in the Uniting Bond of Peace means
"No Issues" - When the one Body is substantiated in the Spirit
then automatically there is the oneness of the Body. It is not that
we have to make an effort to be one with each other or do a certain
thing to be one with each other rather it is an organic fact. |

Misunderstanding
Can Cause the God-ordained Administration of the Local Church to be
Replaced - The Body of Christ is produced out of resurrection
of Christ. In over two thousand years there must be billions of Christians
that are the members. But people live in time, so the church always
presents itself in time and through localities. When people see the
local churches people should see the Body. Every local church should
be a local church in action, interaction, fellowshipping with Christ,
and taking Christ as the center, as the Head, and as the content of
their local church life. |
| |
| |
The
Administration of the Local Church Cannot be Replaced Yet No Local
Church is Autonomous - The local churches must fellowship
with one another, must stand with one another, and must work with
one another. No local church can be autonomous, yet all the churches
should have a local administration answering to Christ. Yet it is
easy for us to say because we are for the one Body, the oneness of
the Body, the local administration disappears. But in the Bible we
see every local church is to be appreciated. |
| |
| |
Christ
is the Life and the Vitality of the Body - When Christ is
gone, everything is gone. When the oneness of the Body is mentioned,
it focuses only on Christ. Because only when we focus on Christ, the
oneness is there. If we begin to focus on how others walk and on how
others speak issues will come out. We must learn to say when the churches
come together what we have in common not to say what is our differences.
